We have to limit the number of customers in the Shop & Yard to follow government & HSE guidelines.

We have a C-19 coordinator at our main entrance monitoring customer flow. Please do not take offence if we ask you to wait outside for a few moments for a customer to leave before you come in, you will have our undivided attention once you do come in. Where possible, we would still encourage customers to shop alone.

We have installed screens around the main counters to ensure both our staff and customers safety. All staff have also been issued with PPE.

Our cleaning & sanitising protocols have been amended so extra steps will be taking place throughout each day to ensure surfaces are kept clean. We have signage throughout the store to help you remember to adhere to social distancing and keep it fresh in everyone’s mind.

We are confident the above measures will work well but we may need to adapt and change to ensure we all stay protected.

Arrangements as of the 18th;
- Open Monday – Friday 7.30am – 5.30pm, Saturday 8am – 5pm
- Phone Lines will be turned off between 12.30-1.30pm, daily.
- Pre-arranged collection service available upon request
- Deliveries 3 – 4 Working Days. Priority will be given to essential sites.
- Please be patient with us as there may be a short wait to enter the Shop & Yard.
